Refund Policy
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription on your account page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
If a plan is not right for you, email billing@ratethejournalist.com within 14 days of your first payment for that plan and we will have it refunded in full. Renewal payments are not refunded once charged, unless the law says otherwise. This policy does not limit your legal rights.
